I have been a club/mobile dj for over 20 years, and just recently hung up the career. I have my personal opinions of DJ gear, and am very frustrated by the quality and tech support of some of the companies out there. I am now working for a distributor and because of continued problems with some of our product accounts, we are looking to change some of our DJ Lines. Pioneer, Rane, & Denon are manufacturers we are solid with, but I want YOUR thoughts on the best digital dj hardware/software packages, and experiences with tech support, both good and bad.
I have used Virtual DJ for years with frustrations (tech support), but now, for the most part, use Scratch Live, almost exclusively. Amazingly, IF you ever have a tech problem, you actually get a live human at Serato.
So, what do you use, and what do you like/dislike.
